Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our short term rental operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, specifically within the realm of short term rentals, with a strong understanding of platforms such as Airbnb, , and VRBO. Familiarity with Hostaway is a must.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding reservations, inquiries, and issues related to short term rentals.
Manage guest communications from booking confirmation to check-out, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Coordinate with property owners/managers to address maintenance requests, housekeeping needs, and any other property-related issues.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our customer service database.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the short term rental industry.
Proficiency in Airbnb, , and VRBO platforms.
Experience using Hostaway or similar property management software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work day shifts, full-time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
