Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Success / Support Representative to join our team, primarily focusing on providing exceptional customer support to our students. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our users and assisting in maintaining the smooth operation of our coaching program.
Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger.
– Assist students with account-related matters, technical issues & general inquiries about our coaching program.
– Manage and organise customer support tickets efficiently using our CRM system.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
– Collaborate closely with other team members to address and resolve customer concerns.
– Identify areas for process improvement within customer support operations.
Qualifications:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
– Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
– Familiarity with online coaching platforms or educational services is a plus.
