Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant

We are currently looking for an experienced customer service representative who speaks basic English. We are a fast growing young and dynamic start-up consisting of a team spread all over the world. We have multiple pet e-commerce stores in different continents with multiple customer service team members

Currently, we are expecting an increase in the number of emails per day, and we need some people who can help us in handling tickets. The number of hours available for this position is around 20-40 hours per week.
This is a temporary position to fill-with a possibility to become permanent.

Requirements:
– Available 7 days a week
– Speaks basic English
– Shopify experience
– Customer service experience in a Dropshipping company
– Takes full responsibility for your tasks
– Thinks along with the company

What kind of work will you be doing?
– Answering emails through Zendesk
– Weekly consultation with our Customer Service Team Leader
– Having a monthly meeting with the whole team
– Maintaining daily communication with our Customer Service Team Leader
