Customer Service representative with Excellent English, Driving route and Appointment Setting,. (Advanced – 2)

You must be available during night time in Philippines (morning in Los Angeles)

-To help customers with their concerns with positive and helpful attitude.
-Find the address on the map and determine best route for our technicians to travel efficiently.
-Schedule and confirm appointments over the phone and/or texting.
-Follow up for quality and satisfaction assurance to make sure they are happy with our service.
-Fill out forms and communicate with warranty representatives. (we later as you learn the process)

Because we are a growing company we will have different types of needs at different stages and you
should be able to adopt to changes and help with different types of tasks at different times.

Initially we will give less tasks and slowly ramp up / delegate more.
You must be available during the negotiated times and be reliable.

This is a long term position please do not apply if it is temporary for you.
We are looking for someone for a permanent position and to grow with us.
40hr/week. (minus the breaks)

This position will require you to be available 5 days a week.

-Love working at night times due to the time difference

Monthly pay depending on your skills and most importantly reliability – will range from:
$300-$550 per month.
