We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, assisting them with their inquiries, and promoting our products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to clients to assist with inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
– Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
– Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
– Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
– Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
– Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
– Previous sales experience is a must.
