We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company specializes in providing forex signals as a forex affiliate, and we are looking for an individual who can provide exceptional customer support and handle administrative tasks during slower periods.

Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and professional customer support to clients inquiring about our forex signals.
• Ensure 24/7 support coverage by working during the Asia timezone (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM GMT +6 to +8) to align with our global customer base.
• Be available during the day, as it may be slower during the night.
• Utilize Excel to perform administrative tasks during slower periods.
• Demonstrate knowledge or a keen interest in forex trading to better assist clients with inquiries.

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the Asia timezone.
• Proficiency in Excel for handling administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with forex trading is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time during slower periods.
• Exceptional English Writing Skills: As all customer support will be conducted through Telegram chat, it is crucial to have strong written English skills. Additionally, a decent level of spoken English is required for effective participation in team meetings.
