We are looking for a fun and dynamic Customer Experience Coordinator who isn’t afraid of fast-paced work and has a knack for tackling challenges head-on.

Who are we looking for?
Customer Experience Coordinator

What will you do day to day?
Answer, solve, and assist customer inquiries and issues via phone calls
Answer other inbound queries via other channels like Gorgias
Manage and organize the customer experience across the customer journey
Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges that may occur within the team
Maintain and exceed KPIs (Response time <15 hours, review average rating of 4.7 or higher (FB, Google, and Gorgias, quick replies internally Liaising with the internal team About you At least 1 year of Customer Service experience You're an extrovert who isn't a robot What are your skills? You have natural interpersonal skills (ability to naturally talk and engage with customers - be their friend!) You have exceptional English communication skills You are a critical thinker who can solve problems fast You know how to balance empathy and critical thinking to solve customer problems Who are we looking for?
