Your Role:
As a Customer Success Representative, you are the heart and voice of Nueboo. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, embodying our brand values in every interaction. Your dedication, expertise, and interpersonal skills will help bridge the gap between our products and our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Shift Availability: Night shift (10 PM – 8 AM PHT or 8 AM – 5 PM CST), 8-12 hours total.
– Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through online chat, guiding them to find their perfect product.
– Community Management: Engage with our community on public platforms, maintaining a natural, fun, and native brand voice.
– Order Management: Track and update customers on their orders.
– Product Assistance: Provide detailed information on products (sizing, color, availability, and discounts).
– Process Support: Assist in shipping, returns, refunds, and understanding our Terms of Service.
– Dispute Resolution: Handle PayPal and Stripe disputes effectively.
– To be considered for this role you will need to put “pineapple” in your headline.
– Software Proficiency: Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Shopify, AliExpress, Gmail/Gsuite, ReAmaze, Notion, & Loom.
