We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline of communication for our customers, predominantly handling inbound phone calls and required to call customer’s who have orders with us.. You will provide exceptional customer service and also use your sales acumen to convert inquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to speak and converse with a US accent.
Answer incoming phone calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Use product knowledge to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services to customers. We have FAQS to help here.
Convert customer inquiries into sales by suggesting suitable products or services based on their needs and preferences.
Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to build lasting relationships.

Work closely with the sales and product teams to stay updated on product features and benefits.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain patient and professional.
Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems.
Strong sales skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the product or service being sold is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
