Customer Service Sales Representative

Hello! We’re a Health Marketing Firm that has sold over $20M of health supplements and info products in functional, natural health and we’re looking for YOU to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
– Reply to customers real time through various platforms
Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
– Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
– Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
– Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with the team
– Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers
– Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
– Very proactive to chat on the webinar classes, via text message, on Facebook Ads (replying to people’s questions and asking them to purchase)
– Incredible spoken and written English communication skills is a plus for phone sales calls

Qualifications
– 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
– Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
– Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
– Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
– Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
– Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
– Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
– Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
