Job Description

We are seeking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Cool Customer Service & Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will possess a unique combination of excellent customer service skills, marketing expertise, high intelligence quotient (IQ), and a solid aptitude.

This position will work closely with one of our esteemed executive, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
2. Assist Avi in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement and promote brand awareness.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing initiatives and optimize customer experience.
5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into marketing strategies when appropriate.?

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a marketing-related role.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customer bases.
3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a proven track record of implementing successful marketing initiatives.
5. IQ of 125 or above, indicating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Aptitude score of at least 65, demonstrating the ability to learn new skills quickly.
7. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
9. Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
