* School Camps to Middle School and High School students across Australia
* Australian Aboriginal Culture focused camp programs (On Country Camps)
* Camps for young people who have significant and permanent disabilities (NDIS Camps)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be a superstar customer service and sales representative that puts smiles on the faces of our customers and their families. You’ll need to be a compassionate listener, and great communicator, and hunger to show customers the real value of our services. You’ll be able to handle objections and connect emotionally with customers in some cases. This role will directly impact how many young people we can connect with nature, and the quality of those connections. The role can be summed up into 2 major components:
– Providing sales based customer service on the phone and via email to parents and carers who enquire about our NDIS Camp and Social Programs (70%)
– Providing customer service and administrative assistance on the phone and via email to people enquiring about group transport, tours and bus hire (30%)
All training will be provided, and specific tasks will include things such as:
– Calling up parents and carers who enquire and working through a fairly loose/flexible ‘script’ to make sure you let them know about all points they need to know about our programs.
– Following a sales flow process from first enquiry to gain either a rejection or a sale
– Helping to maintain our general CRM with deals that are coming in
– Helping to organise and book tours for group transport for our Aussie Journeys brand
– Emailing to follow up on invoices and processing of payments from customers
– Helping to document and organise operating procedures (usually with screen recordings)
– Participating in weekly team meetings and create reports.
The Ideal Candidate will be a person who:
– has had years of experience on the phone with Australian customers
– is an extremely good communicator both written and on the phone
– can easily and naturally build friendships with people
– likes to talk a lot, maybe has even been told they talk too much!
– is highly organised, almost obsessively organised
Other Requirements:
– Stable internet connection with a minimum standard of 20 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
– Life-long learner with a thirst for knowledge
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
– Knowledge about Australia, kids and/or the unique needs of people with disabilities
The role is permanent fulltime, however for the right candidate we are flexible to accommodate 4 days per week if you prefer, or work with you around specific work requirements you may have. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035, and we work in the Adelaide time zone, which is 6:30am – 3:00pm in the Philippines. We welcome applicants who prefer to work from home, to skip the commute to work.

– Base salary (paid twice a month): Php 60,000 – Php 70,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
