As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Social Media/Marketing Manager.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service/Social Media/Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and engaging social media presence. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively via various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
Assisting customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries.
Resolving customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Providing personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Social Media Management:

Creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and friendly manner.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand identity and business goals. Graphic design and editing skills a big PLUS.
Analyzing social media performance metrics and using insights to improve content and engagement.

Marketing:

Creating, scheduling email campaigns, social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)and assist managing Brand Ambassador program with high bonus structure (Refersion & Discord) and other marketing projects. Working directly with Vice-President of Marketing.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, social media and marketing management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
Detail-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Positive attitude and a passion for footwear and fashion.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
