This position assists the Teacher Care Manager in providing caring and quick support to our teachers and parents who utilize our resources to educate their students. They will also assist the Area Managers of funded programs to ensure the teachers within their funded programs have the resources they need and are utilizing resources as intended. They will assist the Teacher Care Manager and Academic team as needed in various tasks.

Responsibilities:
-Answer calls or emails regarding our educational resources and finding solutions regarding those.
-Data entry
-Assist Teacher care manager with a variety of tasks to support our partner schools and funders
-Documentation of processes
-Maintaining updated reports
-Reaching out to teachers to provide support in funded programs
-Identify activity in our online system and forward lead opportunities to sales team.
System Requirements: Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research, operate website and email platforms. Internet with at least 100mbps speed.
Working Conditions: Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Salary is paid monthly. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US. This work will be done on a US time schedule.
