— ABOUT THE ROLE —

As part of our Member Success Team, you’ll be responsible for all things member related, including:

-Understanding their goals and providing recommendations on how they can best achieve their desired results with Best Body.
-Build relationships with members through calls, emails and chats in a mix of proactive and responsive engagements. This will include queries on classes, membership benefits, merchandise, suspensions, payment queries, member feedback and calling all members for milestones and special occasions.
-Working as part of a growing team, you’ll ensure exemplary customer service is provided by treating members as long lost friends.

Most importantly, your work will matter, be recognised and rewarded.

— WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR —

-Bright, bubbly personalities who love talking to new people!
-Ideally 2-3 years experience in a customer service environment.
-You are resilient and have a growth mindset. Part of open, honest communication is having the ability to deliver honest, direct feedback without being offensive or critical. The other part is having the ability to view honest, direct feedback as a gift you can use to get better.
-You pride yourself on self-accountability and achieving goals.
-Want to work in a team where speed and agility is valued over ‘bureaucracy and process’
