Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and various marketplaces, ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service. Additionally, the candidate may be required to assist with updating price and product information on different platforms using our proprietary system.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from our 1-800 number in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to email inquiries on our sales email and contact form promptly.
Engage with customers and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Manage messages and inquiries across various marketplaces (like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Home Depot etc).
Occasionally upload price and product information updates using our proprietary system for bulk upload.
Utilize Excel to manage and troubleshoot issues with data sheets before upload.
Provide support for social media content management and uploads (knowledge in this area is a plus).

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, experience in marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart etc is a plus
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with social media content management is a plus.

Additional Information
Applications will be accepted until the third week of April.
Suitable candidates must be available for onboarding by mid-April for a probationary period starting in May.
