Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and with utmost care. Your friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in delivering a positive experience to our clientele.

Responsibilities Include:

-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
-Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution
-Troubleshooting technical problems and providing step-by-step guidance to customers
-Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
-Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
-Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and order documentation
-Continuously staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
-Identifying and reporting trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience
-Providing feedback to the team on customer pain points and potential process improvements

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

-Must have experience with E-Commerce and using both Shopify and Gorgias
-Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in the english language both written and verbal
-Must have experience with chat, email and phone based customer service
-Minimum of 5-7 years in customer service with at least 50% of that time spent working with a US based company
-Experience with clothing brands or fashion is a plus not required
-Must have experience working graveyard shift in an online virtual environment
-Must have a strong wifi connection, ability to work in a quiet space and up to date technology (computer, phone etc)
