Ok, ok…. I should have introduced ourselves first, right?! So yeah, we make vegan protein shakes which we sell online, mainly on Amazon in both the US and UK. And guess what? Our team is small, but packed with super talented and dedicated folks. We don’t mess around – we’re on a mission to build the best small company in the world! Want to come with us? THE ROLE… “Building relationships using words”

– Building relationships with customers answering email & messaging enquiries
– Planning & implementing email marketing strategy
– Some basic admin (we’re a small team)
– Maybe some social media / FB community building stuff too. Let’s see.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ALL ABOUT…

Right ok, so you’ve read down to here. And lots of the stuff above looks kinda generic. Like any other job description. Blah, blah, blah. Don’t get me wrong, that stuff above is important. You do HAVE to have all of those qualities and you’ll be doing that stuff above. BUT but but… I really want you to understand this role. Usually, people who are in charge of customer service are judged by the quantity of messages they “process”. Not here. Most of our customers are from Amazon, and we never get to meet them or hear from them. SO… when someone gets in touch with us we see it as a GOLDEN opportunity. We want to fix whatever problem they have but also try to build a relationship with them. Yes. So this role is about taking the time. Quality over quantity. We want to make a customer so delighted that they’re going to buy again and again and again. You MUST be able to write like a human being… NOT a “customer service” person. You should be great at writing and we can’t teach this. You should genuinely enjoy writing.
