Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our team by providing exceptional customer service through Gmail. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, using both pre-existing templates and personalized responses.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via Gmail in a timely and professional manner.
Use existing email templates for common queries while also crafting personalized responses when necessary.
Handle customer complaints, process returns, and manage refunds efficiently.
Assist customers with order tracking, customization options, and other related inquiries.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide accurate information.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes and products.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, particularly with Gmail.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Ability to personalize responses and avoid relying solely on basic templates.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact.
Familiarity with our custom canvas products and the ability to learn about new designs quickly.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in e-commerce or a similar industry is a plus.
