Job Description

is revolutionising the way Australians access prescription medication. The Australian market for prescriptions is $16bn and it’s the last piece of retail that’s nearly 100% offline. Evermed is bringing the industry into the digital world, enabling Australians to access their medication without stepping into a pharmacy. Customers love Evermed and this is reflected in our industry-leading customer ratings.

We’re well funded, having raised capital from top Australian and international venture capital funds, who were among the early backers of The Iconic, Stripe and HelloFresh. We’ve already grown to become Australia’s leading pharmacy ecommerce platform, and we’re just getting started.

Evermed’s leadership has worked at leading high-growth tech companies including Google, ROKT and HotDoc. We’re passionate about using technology to improve the lives of Australians and we’re working hard to transform how Australians access healthcare. If we do our job right, large numbers of Australians will get their medication cheaper, faster and more conveniently than ever before.

Evermed’s operational scale is significant. We work with hundreds of pharmacies and multiple delivery partners, shipping thousands of orders across Australia every week.

Our customer satisfaction is very high – we’re already the highest rated pharmacy-related business in Australia – but we’re constantly pushing ourselves to raise the bar. We’re hiring a highly-motivated Customer Service Specialist to take our customer experience to the next level, ensuring our customers consistently receive an outstanding experience. This is a great opportunity to join a well-funded high-growth startup on the ground floor, and have a significant impact.

– Advanced English written and verbal skills (TOEFL Score 94+, IELTS Score 7.0+, CEFR C1 or C2)
