Customer Service Specialist

We run an eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries.

We are looking for long-term employees to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those that consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking great candidates that will represent the company with great customer service and dedication.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)
DeepL ( for translation)
Not necessary, but preferabele: Klarna (payment provider)

Customer channels:

The vacancy consists primarily of handling customer emails. There is also a possibility to grow and extent the activities to handling complaints on a different platform (similar to Shopify Chargeback).

Workflow:
We are looking for someone who can work around 4-5 hours a day, for 6 days per week. In these 4-5 hours you will handle mostly emails of two different stores. Additionally, you will handle requests and messages from our agent. Supporting in the logistic process.

Requirements:

Speak fluent English both written and verbally
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support
Be available for weekly team calls
Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
Available to join immediately

Be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week. We will start with two weeks trial.
We allow keeping another part-time job next to this vacancy. Keep in mind that the vacancy requires 4-5 hours focused work per day.

Ideally, you’ll have some experience with customer support, but ultimately we want to work with someone who loves helping people and is interested in handling customer support issues. I don’t want any inconsistency in the emails exchanged with the customer. Example: twice the same email, imprecise answer, off-topic answer, etc.
