Your Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the frontline of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and satisfying experience. You’ll handle a wide range of inquiries to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, thereby reinforcing our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries across various channels including email, social media (Instagram and Facebook), Amazon Seller Central platform, and online chat.
Order Management: Oversee customer orders on Shopify using Gorgias, handling everything from processing cancellations to managing returns (exchanges/refunds).
Communication: Keep customers informed about backorders, ensuring transparency and maintaining customer trust.
Database Maintenance: Keep a comprehensive database of customer queries and resolutions to enhance the support process.
Virtual Support: Provide additional virtual support duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our customer service department.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
A genuine passion for customer service and skincare, and a commitment to go above and beyond for our customers.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Exceptional communication and writing skills in English.
Proficient listening skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
Experience with Gorgias and Shopify platforms.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets & Documents, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is highly advantageous.
