About the Job:

We’re hiring a talented individual to join Docking Drawer, a top company for in-drawer electrical outlets. Your role will be to talk with our customers and represent our brand. We need someone great at engaging with customers, excited about sharing what our brand stands for, and skilled in various communication methods like social media, chat, and phone calls. You’ll be a key player in our team, helping shape how we talk to customers and improving their experience. This job requires you to be creative, self-driven, and good at working with others.

Core Function:

Immerse yourself in Docking Drawer’s products, customers, and core values to bolster our marketing and customer engagement strategies.
Take the lead in digital marketing and social media, becoming the face and voice of our brand on platforms like Instagram.
Independently manage customer interactions, resolving concerns with excellence and offering top-notch support, primarily through Gorgias.
You will be in charge of developing and growing a new Instagram page for our brand. This includes actively seeking out and engaging with other accounts daily to build our online presence and community.

Other Responsibilities:

Efficiently coordinate and lead multiple projects, using tools like ClickUp, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Actively engage in team meetings with innovative ideas and strategies for effective project planning and execution.

About You:

Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and customer service, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiar with communication tools like Zoom and comfortable with Slack, Google Docs, Sheets, and Gorgias.
