Job Description

Hello! We are an e-commerce company in the music niche that serves the U.S and are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member / manager. To best ensure your success, here are the qualifications we are looking for:

Role Summary:

As the backbone of our e-commerce store, your primary role will be to ensure outstanding customer service via emails, chats, and phone calls. You’ll also manage the store, focusing on increasing revenue through various projects such as managing fulfillment, creating new landing pages, editing images in Canva, implementing basic SEO optimizations and link building strategies, and any other potential projects that would drive revenue growth.

Among Your Responsibilities:

Customer service via email, phone and chat
Working directly within Shopify
Building landing pages
Creating product pages
Writing product descriptions
SEO / link building (Training and self continued education will be provided and expected)
Researching the products in detail
Writing blog posts
Writing email newsletters
Order fulfillment
Facebook & instagram posts
Daily Check-In calls

Essential Skills and Qualities:

Proven experience in sales calls and customer service
Exceptionally organized and motivated
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Strong analytical skills to evaluate goals, opportunities, and challenges
Friendly demeanor over the phone, easy-going attitude, takes initiative, and demonstrates responsibility
A “go-getter-problem-solver” personality
High attention to details (when applying, please type go-getter in your headline).
Positive, no excuse attitude
Team Player who can also work with minimum supervision, with a knack for self-assigning tasks and exploring opportunities proactively
Extreme amount of trust and loyalty

Desirable Skills (but not essential):

Experience with Shopify
Basic understanding of SEO/link building
Basic understanding of Google Ads
Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese

Workspace & Computer Requirements:

A reliable internet connection with 10mbps or higher
Screenshot of your Speedtest and Computer specs
Quiet workspace

We are a loving husband and wife duo that has way too much work on our hands. Besides our e-commerce store, we manage marketing for several high-tier clients in America. We really enjoy traveling. Our dream is to go to different countries for several months at a time. Do our digital nomad work throughout the day, then enjoy dinner and the evenings exploring new places, food, and cultures.

We’re also actively investing in our future. This includes retirement, real estate, learning new things, eating healthy, and exercising. Though, we can definitely be better at exercising 😀 We’re excited to work with people that have bigger visions for themselves, and their families. People who want to invest in their futures as well, which we believe is a strong motivator for working hard to get to the next level of life.

Because we have a lot of work ourselves, it’s essential for us to work with someone that is self-motivated. Someone who understands the business goals, and will be able to focus on growth without requiring much guidance from us. Someone who is able to deliver quality results without being managed.

Job Details:

Full time – 40 hours per week.
Starting salary – $750 – $850 a month, depending on skill set. With scheduled raises and commission opportunities.
Must work American times. 8am – 4pm Pacific. That’s 11pm – 7am PHT.
