Customer Service Supervisor
Acute Logistics
Acute Logistics, a fourteen year old logistics company, needs a star that wants to help drive our LTL and Truckload offerings to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role will help create and implement our strategic customer service decisions, manage and lead by example a team of customer service reps, report to senior management, develop training plans and train new hires, create successful customer service operations and, help the operation and growth of the company any way possible.

What you’ll be expected to do:
* Lead and support day to day operations: Meet the needs of Acute’s customer’s with the highest level of service, train existing and future customer service staff, guide and support staff to ensure quality of service remains high, be proactive with finding solutions to customer problems and help management by suggesting more efficient ways to operate.
 
* Manage Team Leads and Existing Customer Service Team: Acute is a strong believer in lead-by-example mentality and requires that from all of leadership positions. Meeting the needs of its customers in a quick and professional way are the highest forms of service we can offer and the primary focus points of Acute’s Operations team. The Supervisor position is a key element in this endeavor, along with management, two team leads and a CSR team with over ten people.
 
Who we really want:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant Supervisor or Management experience in the USA based 3PL industry including LTL, Truckload and expedited freight.
* Proven track record of developing, managing, and growing a CSR team in the US 3PL industry
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Superior written, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented person
* Superior computer skills most notably using online quoting tools, GMAIL and Excel
