We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Customer Service Support. In this role, you will work closely with our Customer Service Manager to provide timely and effective assistance to our customers through our ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have strong written English skills and be able to commit 3-4 hours daily to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist our manager on daily customer support tickets: Collaborate with our Customer Service Lead, to handle incoming customer inquiries and support tickets. Work together to ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Use FreshDesk and answer customer questions: Utilize our customer support platform, FreshDesk, to manage and respond to customer queries. Provide accurate and helpful responses to common inquiries, striving for customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Assign more complex tickets to Nardia: Identify and escalate more complex issues or technical problems to Nardia for further assistance or resolution. Collaborate with Nardia and other team members to ensure that all customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Requirements:

Strong written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with customer support platforms such as FreshDesk (previous experience preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Availability to work 3-4 hours daily during regular business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Knowledge of basic technical troubleshooting concepts.
Experience with CRM software or ticketing systems.
