Virtual Assistant – Online Ordering Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Full Time Part Time

Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for the company you will play a crucial role in managing the medication ordering process for our patients. You will ensure seamless service from initial order to delivery and follow-up reorders. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, helping our patients feel supported and informed throughout the ordering process.

Responsibilities:
– Manage new and refill orders for weight loss medications, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
– Track shipments and update patients on the status of their orders.
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding medication orders, delivery issues, and general support.
– Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, orders, and feedback.
– Coordinate with pharmacy partners and logistics providers to resolve any order discrepancies or delays.
– Assist in scheduling consultations and follow-up appointments as needed.
– Provide information and support to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and other inquiries.
– Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient care continuity and to address any concerns that may arise during the treatment process.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy settings or worked in a online mail ordering company
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– High attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
– Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in handling prescription orders is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using virtual office tools (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office, and teleconferencing platforms).
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Empathy and patience, with a positive disposition.
