Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time-Part Time or PRN.
Hours 8am to 4pm an 4pm to 10pm CST. . Mon to Fri and Sat/Sun for Part time or PRN and Overtime.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle online orders, communicate with patients, process payments, assist with purchases, and manage repurchasing orders via email, text, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Order Management: Take and process online orders accurately and efficiently.
– Patient Communication:** Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via email, text, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions securely and ensure accurate processing of ordersRefunds and Returns: — -Manage refund requests and return processes, ensuring patient satisfaction.
– Purchase Assistance: Assist patients with making online purchases, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Repurchasing Orders: Manage and facilitate the process of repurchasing orders to ensure patients have a seamless experience with recurring orders.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
– Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into satisfied patients.
– Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, orders, and transactions.
– Great Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or e-commerce setting.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools.
