We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Shopify Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our rapidly expanding eCommerce business. As a Shopify Customer Support VA, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients across multiple Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Shopify eCommerce, excellent customer support skills, and some experience utilizing GPT-3 or similar language models for enhanced customer interactions. This position is urgent, and the selected candidate must be able to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
– Provide timely and professional responses to 150 customer support emails per day, using both provided templates and personalized replies when appropriate.
– Efficiently address customer inquiries using the Gorgias platform.
– Manage Shopify orders, ensuring accurate updates and necessary changes.
– Handle Shopify customer profiles, ensuring up-to-date and precise information.
– Organize and categorize Shopify orders by adding relevant tags for streamlined tracking.
– Utilize GSuite, particularly Google Sheets, for effective data management and organization.
– Collaborate on project-based tasks as required, primarily involving data entry and research, with training provided.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in responding to customer support emails.
– Proficiency in Shopify eCommerce, including familiarity with its various features and functionalities.
– Experience using Gorgias or a similar customer support platform.
– Effective management and execution of changes to Shopify orders.
– Familiarity with the management of Shopify customer profiles.
– Experience adding tags to Shopify orders for improved organization and tracking.
– Proficiency in using GSuite, particularly Google Sheets.
– Preferred knowledge or experience in utilizing ChatGPT or similar language models to enhance customer interactions.

Working Schedule:
