Reports To: Founder/CEO of Hairbrella
Time: 40hrs/week
Rate: $7 an hour paid monthly
Start date: May 27
Shift: Night Shift, US EST Timezone

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer service representative to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service voiced and non-voiced (chat, email and calls), with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, and fitment questions
Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon platforms
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
