Customer service TEAM CEO

Qualifications:
· E-commerce Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the industry and its operations.
· Customer Service Team Management: You should have previous experience managing a customer service team and a proven track record of success in this area.
· Knowledge of Philippine Tax and Labor Policies: You should be familiar with the tax and labor policies in the Philippines, as this will be critical to ensuring compliance with local regulations.
· Strong Sense of Responsibility: You should have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with a commitment to achieving the goals of the Philippine branch office.
· Leadership Skills: You should possess strong leadership skills and have a proven ability to manage people effectively. As a role model, you should be able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
· Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving: You should have the ability to think logically, analyze complex situations, and find solutions to problems.
· Language Proficiency: You should be proficient in English and Filipino, both orally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
· Setting up the office: You will be responsible for ensuring that the office is properly equipped and prepared for operation, including the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
· Staff Recruitment and Training: You will be in charge of recruiting and training the staff for the customer service team and any additional teams that may be established in the future, such as sales and logistics teams.
· Team Management: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Philippine team, ensuring that all team members are performing to the best of their abilities and providing support and guidance as needed.
· Project Management: You will be responsible for managing projects assigned to the Philippine team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the desired level of quality.
