– At Comma Football, we pride ourselves on making the best jerseys on the planet.
– We started back in 2016 as a design studio, and in late 2022 we decided to turn our love for football into real-life products that people can wear and enjoy for life.
– Over the next 9 months, we released only two jerseys. Both were great successes and we grew a very passionate fan base.
– We only released two jerseys because we believe that **less is more**. Each one of our jerseys is meticulously crafted and designed with care and intention.

ROLE:
Overview:
– We are looking for a passionate, motivated and quick-thinking customer service manager to lead our customer service team and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
– This role is a fully remote role.
Personal Traits:
– Communication: Communication is key in this role. You will be in direct communication with the founder, and be required to lead and support our small customer service team.
– Responsibility: Having a sense of responsibility over each customer’s experience is also essential.
– Reliability: You will be tasked with running systems on which the whole customer service team relies on. Therefore, it is key to be someone who we can rely on to stay organised.
Where Do You Fit?
– More often than not the only time a customer gets to interact with Comma Football is through our customer service.
– Thus it is essential that the customer receives fast and compassionate responses to their concerns, so that their experience is exceptional.
– Currently, our customer service processes are functional, but leave a lot to be desired. There is a clear need for someone to come in and take charge of these processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Daily communication with customer service agents
– Answering, assigning and escalating support tickets using Zendesk
– Changing orders, responding to chargebacks, responding to reviews on Shopify
– Shipping and editing orders from our 3PL platform
– Managing and tracking shipment progress for all orders on our tracking platform
– Managing and cleaning Google Sheets
RESULTS:
– All support tickets are resolved within 5 days of receiving
– Daily tasks are successfully and reliably completed with minimal preventable errors
– Always available to support customer service agents during work hours
– Communicating with the founder about concerns and passing this knowledge back to the agents
REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
– Strong understanding of spoken and written English
– Excellent communication skills
– Proficient in excel and data entry
– Good internet connection and reliable computer with the ability to video conference via Zoom
– Flexibility to work within the appropriate time zones
– Happy to take on ad-hoc tasks as required
JOB DETAILS:
– Location: Work from Home
– Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday – Friday (but will increase to 8 hours in 3 months time)
– Pay Rate: $8 USD per hour
