Are you an experienced professional in customer service training and quality assurance? We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our team and enhance our agents’ customer handling skills through chat support.

Position: Customer Service Team Trainer / Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Work from Home

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service team training and quality assurance

Work Schedule: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, with a weekday off

Salary: P30,000 starting

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective training programs to improve customer handling through chat support.
Create comprehensive training materials and conduct performance evaluations.
Monitor quality assurance to ensure adherence to service standards.
Work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating proficiency and urgency to meet deadlines.
Efficiently manage time and pay meticulous attention to details.
Coach and mentor agents to foster professional growth.
Maintain an engaging and approachable demeanor during training sessions.
Monitor and ensure proper chat handling by agents.
Handle stress effectively and maintain a respectful and patient attitude.
Qualifications:
