Job Description

We are a fast-growing company with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and respond to customer tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
– Provide insights and guidance to customers on how to get the most out of our platform.
– Onboard new customers and help them to get started with our platform.
– Conduct occasional sales tasks to help grow our customer base.
– Create training documentation and materials for users.
– Report system bugs and collaborate with our engineering team to resolve issues.
– Work proactively to enhance and improve our marketing platform.

Essential Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of Local SEO and Social Media Marketing.
– Proficient understanding of the needs of small, medium, and enterprise businesses.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
– Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
– Proficiency in generating content for social media, blogs, and training materials.
