Hiring a Customer Service
40+ Hours, Full Time Work.
I’m looking for someone to attend customers for 8 hours during the hours of 8am to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm, in the UTC -5. Eastern Standard Time. I need someone who is diligent, very detail oriented, and will not waste any of my leads. You must speak good English and could communicate in Spanish (you can use traductors) be willing to help people to book, find guides, and do everything necessary to facilitate the experience of our clients during their vacations.
WOULD HIGHLY PREFER PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOURISM AND/OR USING BOOKING PLATFORMS.
Top Tasks:
• Review incoming reservations and notify operators.
• Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.
• Provide assistance to clients on the day of their activity.
• Post tour follow-up, if the experience was good, provide a link to leave a good comment.
• In case of cancellations, contact clients, find out the reason for their cancellation and try to recover the reservation.
• In case someone is trying to pay and their card doesn’t go through, contact clients to provide support with their reservation.
• Maintain communication with the customer service of other platforms to address issues related to their customers, especially returns and refunds.
• Monitor the availability of tours and updates.
• Notify system failures, upset customers, or any issue that may put the operation and customer satisfaction at risk.
• Prospecting for wholesalers and resellers.

Job Requirements:
• Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
• Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails
• Willing to during hours listed above.
• Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
• Prior experience in a similar role in the travel industry is a plus.
• Spanish communication is a plus.
Pay:
• Weekly. You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses for every deal that closes.
• You will be paid based on hours worked. 1.6 x hr
• You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.

I have been in the travel and leisure business for +3 years, specifically tourist attractions around the world, as well as other businesses, an entrepreneur since I was 14 years old. I am Mexican, I don’t have a house, I have been traveling the world for the last 2 years focused on growing the business.
