Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high call volumes, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a remote work environment. Responsibilities
– Handle 40+ customer calls per day, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
– Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
– Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
– Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
– Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
– Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
– At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high call volume environment.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant customer service tools.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
– Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Full-time position, remote work.
Weekly payout of salary (direct to local bank).
Working hours: 40 hours a week. Mon – Fri 8 hours a day, 9am – 5pm ET (New York Time)
