Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our ecommerce team as a Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the ecommerce manager with administrative tasks related to our Amazon and Shopify stores.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges
Address customer complaints, questions, and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other members of the e-commerce team to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the business
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service and the overall customer experience
Assist the ecommerce manager with administrative tasks related to our Amazon and Shopify stores, including updating product listings, processing orders, and managing inventory
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on Amazon and Shopify using Gorgias help desk software
Other duties as assigned by the ecommerce manager
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
Amazon seller central experience is preferred
Shopify experience is required
Gorgias help desk experience is preferred
Availability to work 40 hours per week
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
