Our flagship product, SeatMate, is designed to enhance the productivity of pet owners by reducing distractions and providing a comfortable space for pets. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage our online presence and customer interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
Comment Moderation:
Monitor and moderate comments across our social media platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and Facebook Group.
Ensure all comments are appropriate, adhering to community guidelines and maintaining a positive online environment.
Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Email Response:
Respond to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Utilize our provided Service Level Agreement (SLA) to prevent returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Retention and Upselling:
Engage with customers through Instagram DMs and other communication channels to promote upsells and cross-sells.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance customer experience and retention.
Customer Service:
Handle customer service inquiries through our email platform and social media channels.
Work to prevent returns by providing excellent customer support and adhering to our SLA.
Manage customer expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with our community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing engagement and growing our online community.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and Facebook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in customer service, with a focus on preventing returns and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Comfortable using email management systems and customer service software.
