We are currently looking for individuals to join our team as chatter. Our company represents content creator partners, and the primary responsibility of the Chat Responsible is to monetize all premium content created by our partners.
The key to excelling in this role is to establish high-quality relationships with customers. This involves creating genuine connections where customers feel understood and valued, rather than just being sold content. We aim for interactions to have depth and uniqueness, tailored to each individual.
The goal is to empathize with the customer and understand their pain points. Typically, this involves providing companionship to individuals who may struggle with social interactions, offering them a virtual girlfriend experience.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level.
– Fast reply rate.
– Emotionally intelligent.
– Previous experience in a chat role is preferred but not essential.
– Opportunity for future management positions.
– Strong work ethic; a nice amount of money can be done commission-based. Initially, a 5% commission on sales. If sales reach $400 per day, the commission increases to 10%. The commission is paid net, after platform fees. Bonuses are paid weekly via Wise.
– Access to a dossier of chatter scripts and various resources in PDF format via Google Drive to facilitate engaging conversations on a wide range of topics.
– Access to all available content for sale via Google Drive, categorized and optimized to enhance customer interactions.
Conditions:
– The work schedule is Tuesday to Sunday, from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Eastern Time in the United States.
– Uninterrupted access to a laptop and a stable internet connection, without power outages.
– Prior experience test is desirable, if available.
