Hourly Rate: $2.5 per hour
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
-Providing exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
-Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting.
-Handling software or banking-related queries and providing accurate information.
-Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
-Collaborating with the team to improve customer support processes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
-Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the software or banking industry.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities.
-Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
-Availability to work during EST business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
