We are an educational institution with 6 locations in New Jersey USA.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle student scheduling and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and can take ownership of their responsibilities. You can work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Student Scheduling:

Manage student scheduling requests efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate schedules between students and instructors.
Ensure that all scheduling changes are properly communicated and updated using Support tickets, emails and/or Phone.

Customer Service:
Respond to student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist students with account-related issues, technical difficulties, and general inquiries.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions.

Documentation:
Keep detailed records of all scheduling activities and customer interactions.
Generate reports as needed to track scheduling trends and customer feedback.

Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a proactive manner.
Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer problems.

Take Responsibility:
Be accountable for your tasks and proactively seek solutions to challenges.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or scheduling roles is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Ability to quickly learn our proprietary scheduling software and Freshdesk or similar customer service tools.
A strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the role.
Ability to work from 11am – 8pm EST Timezone (New York)
