Job Description

Lifes2Short are looking for an Awesome individual to join our team, in a rapidly expanding serviced accommodation/short term lets business. We are looking for a person that already has experience in customer service roles, strong I.T skills & is open to learning new systems. Progression & looking for a long term employment opportunity is very important to us as a business.

• Property Management System & optimising listings – bookings, updating pricing, checking all portals are working, /Airbnb/Tripadvisor etc
• Communication of check in details to guests, follow up communication after check in & check out
• Guest communication – inbound & outgoing calls, messaging system & email
• Using Slack, Trello & productivity apps to monitor workload & guest bookings
• Monitoring & processing of bookings (security deposits, ID checks & Terms & Conditions)
• Scheduling cleaning & maintenance & liaising with on the ground staff
• Lisiting of properties, including uploading text, images & property policies
• Producing manuals & property boards, uploading videos & editing videos & making sure everything is current
• Collation of customer data, producing a database for direct marketing
• Ad hoc tasks for the Business Owner
• Monthly invoicing thorough Xero
• Monthly property income & expenditure reports
The right person for this role:
• Wants to be part of a growing & valued team
• Has a customer service & administration background – preferably hospitality/serviced accommodation based
• Is trustworthy & good time management skills
• Has excellent communication in both written & verbal English
• Has excellent IT skills, Excel, Word, Slack, Trello, productivity apps, invoicing systems & property management platforms
• They can organise and manage their own workload, along with being part of a team
• Happy to speak up & ask questions
• An eye for detail & being the awesome first impression of the business to our guests
• A want to learn, progress & be a bigger part of the business

We require a nearly full time assistant with the schedule below as follows:
4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday) UK Time
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) UK Time
Holiday cover as needed UK Time
We are a 7 day a week, 24 hours a day business.

Hourly rate will start from $4.00 per hour and will increase after probationary period.
