Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all inbound phone calls, manage complex situations, answer questions based on our FAQ, and provide necessary follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle all inbound phone calls and ensure they are transferred to the appropriate departments.
-Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
-Manage complex situations by providing thoughtful and effective solutions.
-Utilize our FAQ to answer common questions accurately.
-Perform follow-ups as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and properties.
Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
-Assist in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-2 Years Experience Required
-Working Hours 9AM-5PM EST USA
-Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
-High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling calls.
-Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
