We are a fitness accessories company that focuses on manufacturing & selling fitness scales and even some basic workout equipment.
We believe in helping our clients who are trying to live a healthier life by providing them with quality products that they can rely on, and excellent customer service that they will remember us by.
We are looking to add a new customer service/support Virtual Assistant to our team who will work directly with the CEO, project manager, Customer Service Manager, and Customers to ensure that we continue providing an excellent customer experience for our clients.
As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customers with an excellent white-glove satisfactory experience. You will need to learn the basic FAQs of our common customer questions and concern and customize our template communications in order to become an extension of the CEO’s voice. The CEO was always very customer service oriented and this is what has allowed our company to grow and continue growing at a rapid pace.
In order to get this job position, you must possess excellent English writing and grammar skills. Have very well-developed common sense, logic, and customer empathy to ensure that you will be able to address any customer concerns to exceed our expectations.
Initially, you will work with the CEO and Senior Customer Service Manager who will teach you all of the required knowledge to properly address customers via email, chat, and messaging systems.
High organizational skills, excellent punctuality, and a flexible schedule are required. Currently, we are looking for someone to handle the following shift: 9am-5pm PST M-F or as close to these hours as possible.
This position is for someone who is looking to work full-time for multiple years and grow within our company by learning new skills and adding value to your work by applying the new skill learned along the way.
