We are a dynamic TV mounting company seeking an enthusiastic and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary role will be to manage customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service at every turn. This is a remote position, and you’ll be the front line of communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering Calls: Efficiently handle incoming calls from potential clients. Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
– Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients to close jobs. Follow-up on inquiries and leads to convert them into successful service appointments.
– Text and Message Responses: Promptly respond to texts and messages received through various channels including our Facebook Business Suite. Ensure responses are professional, informative, and aligned with our brand voice.
– Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments for TV mounting services. Coordinate with the on-ground team for smooth execution.
– Customer Support: Address any customer queries or concerns with a problem-solving mindset. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficiency in handling phone calls, text messages, and social media communications.
– Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite and other communication tools.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– A friendly and positive attitude towards customer service.
– Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
