Hello! We are Titan Pressure Washing and we are looking to add a new member to our customer service team.
Titan provides pressure washing, soft washing, parking lot striping, as well as concrete & stone sealing services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. Our goal is to provide businesses and homeowners with the best service possible starting with excellent customer service. We are growing quickly looking to add a Virtual Assistant to help sustain company growth.
We are looking for someone that has the following:
– Great customer service skills (phone & email)
– Full-time availability during US business hours
– A fast learner
– Looking for a long-term position
TRIAL PERIOD
– The first four weeks of work is a trial period where we test your skillset paid at $4/hr, to make sure you are a good fit on the team.
– Once the trial period has been completed successfully you would become a full member of our team and pay would automatically increase to $5/hr.
– Opportunity for additional future raises available after 6 months and on a continuing basis.
– We want you to grow with us, which is why we like to reward people for being contributing members on our team.
REQUIREMENTS
– A high-speed internet connection (for customer calls and company video meetings)
– A quiet place to work (no loud distractions)
– A reliable computer to work from
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Titan customers
– Provide friendly, timely support to Titan staff members and customers via phone, email, chat, and text
– Utilize company software to create social media and blog posts to Linked in, company website, Facebook, & Instagram
– Document all support tickets in a CRM system (need to know what a CRM system is)
