Hello! We are Qleen and we are looking to add a new member to our customer service team.
Qleen provides an online platform for customers to book and pay for various home services in the United States. Our goal is to connect homeowners with great service providers (house cleaners, yard services, etc) through an awesome online booking process and with excellent customer service. We are growing quickly looking to add a Virtual Assistant to help sustain company growth. You can learn more about us at .
We are looking for someone that has the following:
– Great customer service skills (phone & email)
– Full-time availability during US business hours
– A fast learner
– Looking for a long-term position
TRIAL PERIOD
– The first four weeks of work is a trial period where we test your skillset paid at $6.50/hr, to make sure you are a good fit on the team.
– Once the trial period has been completed successfully you would become a full member of our team and pay would automatically increase to $7.50/hr.
– Opportunity for additional future raises available after 6 months and on a continuing basis.
– We want you to grow with us, which is why we like to reward people for being contributing members on our team.
REQUIREMENTS
– A high-speed internet connection (for customer calls and company video meetings)
– A quiet place to work (no loud distractions)
– A reliable computer to work from
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
– Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for Qleen users
– Provide friendly, timely support to Qleen service providers and users via phone, email, chat, and text
– Troubleshoot user problems with the Qleen app
– Document all support tickets in a CRM system (need to know what a CRM system is)
