What is the Role:

Customer Service
You will assume a pivotal position within the team, responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our guests and ensuring they receive the accurate information needed for an exceptional experience during their stay.
Your exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive approach will help pre-empt issues before they can disrupt our guests’ experience.

Sales
You should possess expertise in both telephone and email sales, as your role will involve direct communication with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services through our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at distinguishing between hot, warm, and cold leads and be proficient in implementing strategies to successfully convert clients into sales.

Marketing
You should be driven by a passion for creativity and committed to advancing the business through your marketing expertise. Your role will involve crafting engaging social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Facebook Reels, and TikTok. Collaborating with the Service Accommodation Manager, you will also assist in developing concise social media campaigns with planned release schedules.

What you will do:

• First point of contact for guests who will be staying in our properties.
• Managing reservations
• Managing client inquiries
• Customer support via phone/email/chat
• Follow up leads and secure bookings.
• Managing reviews, responding to each, and creating report for management with required improvements
• Managing listings on portals like Airbnb, , VRBO, Home Away, etc.
• Must have proven experience in Services Accommodation Customer Service
• Create and implement social media marketing from designing adverts for Facebook to uploaded still and short videos to TikTok to increase company awareness in this highly competitive market.
• Help Manage Social media campaigns and have a good eye for current trends.
• Fluent in English including reading, writing, and speaking.

• Good understanding of social media platforms with a focus on Facebook & TikTok
• Create mindset and ability to generate engaging content
• Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection
