Excellent customer service to assist in answering questions from clients on the platform I use for services about YouTube marketing.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client questions in a timely and informative manner.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about YouTube SEO. (I will train you)
Help clients understand the basics of YouTube SEO and how to improve their rankings. (I will train you)
Stay up-to-date on the latest YouTube SEO trends and strategies.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills. This means being able to listen actively, understand the customer’s needs, and clearly and concisely convey information. Must write English grammar free of errors.
Problem-solving skills. Customer service representative often need to troubleshoot and resolve customer requires being able to think critically, identify the root cause of the problem, and develop a solution. They should also be able to follow up with the customer to ensure that the issue is resolved.
Empathy and compassion. Customer service representatives often deal with upset or frustrated customers. They need to be able to empathize with the customer’s situation and show compassion. This can help to de-escalate the situation and resolve the issue.
Product knowledge. Customer service representatives should have a deep understanding of the products or services that they are selling. This will allow them to answer customer questions accurately and provide helpful recommendations. (Again I will train you)
Ability to work under pressure. Customer service representatives often work in fast-paced environments answering messages. They need to be able to stay calm and focused under pressure and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Teamwork skills. Customer service representatives often work as part of a team. They should be able to collaborate effectively with their colleagues to solve customer problems.
