DropCommerce is a Shopify app connecting online stores to our proprietary network of high quality US and Canadian product suppliers.

We’re looking for a passionate self starter for our tech support / customer success role.

DropCommerce is growing fast and the opportunity for growth is huge as we scale up our company!

A great candidate will be passionate about the tech industry and eager to become a generalist inside a small startup, taking on any job or task required in a fast changing environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Front-line customer support via email & live chat
Help customers understand our app and how to be successful with it
Troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs to the development team
Assisting with on-boarding new suppliers to the platform
Getting onto on-boarding calls with potential suppliers via Skype or Google Meet

Skills Required

Fluent and strong English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and
Ability to stay calm during stressful situations, turning customer complaints into positive experiences
Basic proficiency with computers and websites
Coding / software skills not necessary, but being tech-savvy is required

Position would be 40hrs/week 9-5pm PST / GMT-7 Monday – Friday
